Spine uses the following third-party vendors to deliver the service. Each is a data processor (or sub-processor) under the GDPR / UK GDPR and acts only on documented instructions from Spine. We have a signed Data Processing Agreement with every vendor on this list.

Notice of changes
We will notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Customers may object on reasonable grounds within that window; if we cannot accommodate the objection, the customer may terminate for cause and receive a pro-rata refund of pre-paid fees.
International transfers
Several subprocessors above are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data to them, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The relevant clauses are referenced in our DPA (/legal/dpa).
